German Packaging Act Statement

Effective July 1, 2022

Due to the updated German Packaging Act and it’s stringent and costly requirements (with no exceptions for small U.S. businesses), the JLA Shop is no longer able to sell directly to Germany. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding!

Important Ordering Information

Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 10-15 business days (M-F). Shipping time estimates offered at checkout (Standard, Priority, etc.) begin when your order has been fulfilled, not when the order is placed. We do not offer Overnight, Next Day, or Expedited shipping. Thank you for your patience!

If you experience an issue with your order, please email us at shop@jenniferlarmentrout.com with your full name and order number within 14 days, and we will do our best to resolve it.

We ship worldwide with exception to the U.K. and Germany (please see our German Packaging Act Statement)

International customers are responsible for all VAT, tariffs, taxes, (DAP) Delivered At Place, and/or fees associated with their country/region, and the JLA Shop will not refund/return any fees associated/affiliated with those orders, including packages that have been refused by the customer (you) or abandoned by the carrier.
