    Important Ordering Information

    Orders are fulfilled and shipped within 10-15 business days (M-F). Shipping time estimates offered at checkout (Standard, Priority, etc.) begin when your order has been fulfilled, not when the order is placed. We do not offer Overnight, Next Day, or Expedited shipping. Thank you for your patience!

    If you experience an issue with your order, please email us at shop@jenniferlarmentrout.com with your full name and order number within 7 days of receiving it and we will do our best to resolve it. 

    We ship worldwide with exception to the EU & U.K.

    Please note that due to the ongoing worldwide shipping policy changes, we are working with multiple shipping partners in an effort to provide the best shipping experience. 

    International customers are responsible for all VAT, tariffs, taxes, (DAP) Delivered At Place, and/or fees associated with their country/region, and the JLA Shop will not refund/return any fees associated/affiliated with those orders, including packages that have been refused by the customer (you) or abandoned by the carrier.

    General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)

    Due to the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), and it’s significant and potentially costly compliance requirements for small businesses like the JLA Shop, we are temporarily suspending selling and shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland, effective December 13, 2024.

    We apologize for the disappointment this will cause - we are disappointed, too! We hope to find a workable solution that allows both compliance and affordability. Until then, we encourage our EU and Northern Ireland customers to consider third-party shipping options such as Stackry.com* to place orders.
